Terms of Use

Effective November 3, 2026 · applies to Motion Glass for macOS and motion.glass

Motion Glass is proprietary software published by iCoreTech, Inc. (“we”, “us”). It is sold as a US$49.99 one-time purchase on the Mac App Store. These terms govern your use of the app, this website and any updates. If you downloaded the app from the Mac App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”) also applies. If these terms conflict with Apple’s mandatory terms, Apple’s terms prevail for your App Store use.

1. License and permitted use

Subject to payment and Apple’s App Store terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Motion Glass on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules, to create and publish your own videos — including commercially.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease or host the app, or remove proprietary notices, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits. The app is licensed, not sold; we and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.

2. Price, purchases and refunds

Motion Glass is a US$49.99 one-time purchase on the Mac App Store. The App Store shows the local price, currency and taxes at purchase; regional pricing may differ. There is no subscription and no account. Apple handles payment, billing and refunds under the App Store terms. Motion Glass does not include any in-app purchases, and we do not process payments ourselves.

3. Bring your own AI provider

Motion Glass does not include an AI model or an API key. You connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or compatible gateway account. Your use of that provider is governed by its terms and privacy policy, and you are responsible for any charges it bills you. The app shows estimates and records usage, but the provider’s invoice is authoritative. Your key is stored in the macOS Keychain and sent only to the endpoint you configure.

4. Your content and your rights

You retain all rights to the audio you import, the prompts you write and the videos you render. You are responsible for having the rights to use the music you import and for complying with your AI provider’s terms when publishing generated content. Motion Glass imposes no watermark and claims no ownership of your output; your rendered videos are yours to publish, subject to those rights. An optional “made with Motion Glass” end card can be disabled in Settings.

5. AI-generated content

Creative plans are produced by third-party models and may be unexpected, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. Review renders before publishing. The app validates plans for structural safety (valid enums, bar ranges, copy limits, flash-rate limits), but it cannot guarantee that a given output is appropriate for every audience or use.

6. Privacy

See the privacy policy for exactly what does and does not leave your Mac. There are no accounts, no telemetry and no server-side components operated by us for the app.

7. No warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or that it will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCoreTech, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, projects or provider charges, arising from the use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Apple terms

You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for Motion Glass. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple’s App Store terms govern the purchase, download and use of the app on Apple devices.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use Motion Glass to infringe copyright or other rights, to create or distribute unlawful content, to circumvent the App Store or licensing restrictions, or in violation of your AI provider’s acceptable-use policy. You are responsible for the material you import and publish.

11. Trademarks

Motion Glass and the Motion Glass icon are marks of iCoreTech, Inc. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version and effective date are always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
